Can a housing society demolish an individual's property - a part of the flat one possess legally
In our building the structural repair is undergoing but a portion of the 4th floor balcony has collapsed while this work was undergoing and now they want to demolish my balcony which is on the second floor. My question can the society demolish a part of the owner's property and if the society can do it then what procedure do they have to follow for the process? I am asking this because my flat is of 570 sq. feet and if my balcony is demolished i will loose the legal area I signed with the builder.
A.Dear client,
An individual has sole ownership rights over his property. No one including a housing society can demolish an individual's property without his consent
