Can i file against real estate agent

In May 2016, i was booked 1rk in ulwe, having prize 23lac. that time i was give to booking amount to builder through agent bank account. but due to my financial problem i was cancelled the booking and tell to agent give me my booking amount with your cancelling charges. but she has tell me talk to with builder and builer said me come with your agent.i was tell her but she is not responding my call.And i send 50k through net banking and i have receipt with builder sign. (Recipt is on blank paper with amount and sign of builder and 1person). Now can i file complaint against agent.

A.Hallo sir you need to send legal notice through lawyer to that builder. Also File complaint in consumer forum and ask for return your booking amount with cost

A.you can file consumer compliant to district consumer forum for the same, better u first send him a legal notice first.
