sir we sent divorce notice but my husband rejecting that notice he is not accrpting that notice. is it possible to send summons through special messanger or through e mail of him? this case is in karnataka. we are hindu

A.You are asking about just seeing that the notice is served. The meaning of that husband`s refusal to take the notice may be remedied. But it also suggests that he will nt easily accept to give divorce.Do you have good grounds to seek divorce ?

he given lot of physical and mental torture to me and his parents also. and he is having sexual disease.and he will play betting n he is having sexual contact with pther ladies too.

how can i solve this problem. v r not intrested to publish this matter in news paper. bt we just need divorce whether it may b exparty.

what your advocate have written in the notice ? if it is to be published you should write differently. If your advocate is good, she will know, no problem.

A.Take leave from court to serve notice through email and whatsapp. Serving notice of summons by whatsapp or email is not a matter of right of the applicant rather it is the discretion of the court to grant permission for the same. You can refer to the judgement of Bombay High Court, Delhi High Court and Supreme Court which allowed the serving of notice of summons through Whatsapp and email.

from coirt notice served.bt dey are sending back by saying wrong address. so if v sent through special messanger den after sending through special messanger also that person didnot come to court den wt the court will do?

A.Yes you can send legal notice through whatsapp or email as well.
