Hello,\nRecently I have resigned from an organization where the notice period was 2 months as per my offer/appointment letter but at the day of resignation they told me the notice period is three month I told them there is no such communication neither I have signed any such terms and they are just denying we will not accept, since I have already committed at my joining organization for the two months notice. now during FNF settlement they have deducted my one month salary and approved performance bonus.\nI have signed the no dues on to which I have mad an object for both points which I have the signed copy. how can now I further process for retrieval for my amount deducted.
