My father is 83 yrs he has only one sister who is no more now married 56 yrs back can her children put for partition case

If there is nay ancestral property which belongs to the father of your father then yes the children of his sister will have the right and can claim their right in the property. If the property belongs to your father alone then they cannot do so.
