A person has taken amount in Cash & is willing to repay me, but will take sometime & he is also ready to give in written. What & how should be the NOC be prepared for this on Rs.100 stamp paper as the person is reday to give in writing.

It is good that the person who has taken the loan in cash is ready to provide the details in writing as that will/can be used as a proof later on when you want to recover your money back from him. Using stamp paper is advisable.
