FIR has been registered against me an my family by wife. Lawyer initially told he will raise AB bail, now he is saying that the court suggested AB is not required and asking us to take station bail. I am confused now whether to belive the lawyers word. Please advise
A.Dear Sir,
Station Bail may not be given as the alleged offences are serious in nature. However, if your Advocate managed the police then you may get such station bail and be in cool.
