False promises to take timeshare membership False promises to take timeshare membership

A timeshare company named Grand Hilton Vacations Ltd. kept calling me regarding their membership plan. I agreed for a presentation at my home. Two of their executives gave me a compelling presentation naming and showing me pics of the properties which seemed so enticing. They told me that they had tie up with www.rci.com and I could book any property shown on RCI website but I will have to pay the exchange rate for the said properties. They made false statements such as Breakfast/lunch/dinner at Rs. 500/- per person per meal in any of their properties or the RCI properties, India or abroad. Now after I have taken the membership, nobody seems to know the name of the property which made me take their offer. They showed me pictures of an underwater property in Maldives with underwater bedroom and underwater restaurant but now they don't tell me the name of the property. Also while giving the presentation, they made us believe that we will be given 7 nights per year for 10 years but after I purchased the membership I came to know that it is only 6 nights per year. They kept saying 7 days per year for 70 days, also they divided RCI exchange rate (Rs.11500/- per year) by 7 to calculate per day exchange rate whereas they should have divided it by 6 to make things clear but they deliberately lead us to believe that it was for 7 nights.
I paid 1.5 lacs to them through credit card and I still am paying EMIs for that payment. What should I do to get refund of my membership? I have their call recordings and pictures of the agreement. They didn't even let me read the complete agreement and just showed me some lines that were relevant to their presentation.

A.Dear Sir,
You must immediately cancel such contract by issuing strong legal notice and ask them to refund the amount you have paid along with interest thereon failing which threaten them to file complaint with police and also put the same in social channel.
