A.Dear Sir,
It can be easily get dismissed to be filed application under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC as it may be not maintainable on several grounds in case it is a civil in nature otherwise you may file quashing petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. before High Court.

A.Dear Client,

If you’re having some issue with your co-founder then I’d suggest you to get an advocate involved in the case and have a lead in the matter.
