Hello, I am from Mumbai i have done arya samaj shadi and then notary on 4th May'22 , now i dont want to continue in this relation and want to cancel this marriage but my partner is telling me he is already submitted documents for registration of marriage through online can anyone please help me i this situation how can i cancel the online registration, please help

A.Dear Client,

It doesn’t matter if your marriage is registered or not. You’re legally married now and you have to go to the family court and get your marriage cancelled.

A.Dear Madam,

Whether registered or not you are now married woman of that guy and you have to go to family court to get it cancel and there is other way.
