Money stuck with a guy using my credit card

A known guy in my area asked me for help as i used to know him from long time. he used the card and returned only 55% of the monies that too in bits and pieces. He has now stopped paying me back. i have all the proof over WhatsApp and Email. what can i do to get money back?

You may file Money recovery suit against him and get recover such amount with interest. It may take 2 to 3 years but you must be very patient.
