Need help with a cyber crime
I borrowed some money (12000 INR) two months ago from someone through online. Due to my financial situation, I failed to return his money. Now he is saying he lodged cyber crime case against me in his state and soon police will arrest me. I am afraid, I don't want to get arrested. I need little bit more time to pay him, but he won't listen. What should I do?
A.Dear Client,
As this is not a matter of cyber crime, thus no case can be filed. You should pay back the amount as soon as possible and get done with it.

A.Dear Sir,
Cyber Crime case cannot be filed and it is a false threatening. You just reject his calls and no police can register a case in respect of money matters.

When you have taken money from someone was that someone known to you and did you message him the fact that you are borrowing money from him? If yes then it would not be a cybercrime. If not then it depends on the police investigation.
