HARASSMENT OF DIVYANGJAN HARASSMENT OF DIVYANGJAN

Respected Sir/Madam,
I got accident in 1996 ( i was in 8th or 9th standard) due to which my right hand/shoulder has been not working properly since then, but anyhow I could manage because of my age (my date of birth is june 1983) but now due to my age factor i am unable to perform my job like my previous days when I was young.

I joined nationalized bank in 2009 in SC category but did not avail benefits of DIVYANGJAN by that time.
In 2019 I submitted my Physically Challenged Certificate to AGM for updating it in my service book.
AGM simply forwarded it to ZO and didn't even try to get the current status of it whether Physically Challenged Certificate is updated or not.
AGM transferred me to another place/branch and AGM himself got transferred to another place/branch.

From the new branch where I was posted, again I submitted my Physically Challenged Certificate with covering letter of BM but again BM didn't inquire about my case and my case was kept in bay.

Again I got transferred from the branch to my previous branch from where I was originally got transferred.
Here again before the new AGM, I submitted my Physically Challenged Certificate. The new AGM sent it to ZO with his covering letter.

I was continuously sending emails to ZO & HO regarding updating my Physically Challenged Certificate but nobody took any responsibility in order to update it.

Now my original nationalized bank got merged with another nationalized bank.
Here in new bank( after merger ), I submitted my Physically Challenged Certificate many times but HR Officers didn't ready to update it and saying when your original/parent bank didn't update it, how can we update it.

In new bank, there is a system in order to address grievances of bank staff.
Using the same platform, I submitted my grievances to the concerned authorities, GM of HR Dept. posted in HO ordered me to submit my Physically Challenged Certificate to HR Dept. of my place of posting.
I submitted the same by speed post/registered post with acknowledgement due, but here in new bank even the order of GM was disobeyed by DGM/HR Officers.

The last remedy which I could manage was putting my grievances before Grievances Redressal Officer
for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EX-SERVICEMAN appointed by bank.
I am extremely surprised that even after writing many emails to Grievances Redressal Officer, the case was not handled by the concerned authority.

Now from the 22.03.2022 I was barred from attending my duties by DGM of RO/HR Officers.

RO DGM deliberately posted me a particular branch where BM of that branch used an unofficial word HARAMKHOR against me and didn't allow me to perform my duty the next day and always harassed me and forced me to work beyond working hours.
The things are known to RO.

Recently, Bank has served me a memo for punctuality and regularity and trying to dismiss me on Disciplinary grounds.
I am helpless kindly guide me !

A.Dear Client
It seems that your continuous asking of updating the service book has irritated them so much that thy have become revengeful. I would suggest that you send them a legal notice through a lawyer post that file a writ petition in high court. I have served earlier in nationalized bank (SBI) and I know that it becomes difficult sometimes to resolve this kind of issues.
