A.Dear Client,

As your father had registered the will then you can take up the issue to the court and get it divided between all as per your father’s will.

A.Dear Client
Since there is registered will by your father hence you should go for probate of will to execute the will and divide the property as per the last will and desire of your father. What your brother has done is not right and it will be considered invalid as per the law.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to know under whose name the property was recorded before your brother made that fake mutation. It is also necessary to know when you came to know about such fake mutation and whether your brother was aware about such registered Vasiyat in your favour or not.
