My Private School management committee has hold my 3 months salary on the name of security money. Is it legal??
A.Dear Client
was there any clause in the employment agreement to which you agreed while signing the document and joining the school? If yes then they can do so if not then they cannot do so.

A.Dear Client,
if it is mentioned in the employment policy or any agreement for that job, then they can hold your salary.
