Formal separation (no relation henceforth) with a family member Formal separation (no relation henceforth) with a family member

Hello,
How to declare formal separation (No relation henceforth) from a family member.
Example: my sister left us, complete family (father, mother, brother, her husband), had a extra-marital affair and when refused, left entire family and filed false cases against her father, brother and false dowry case against her husband.
Due to which, now there is no relation with her at all since last couple of years.
However, how to formally declare / announce / what actions to take to make this formal and legal... like announcing that we henceforth doesn't have any relation with her whatsoever and no claims of any type from her on us. We have completely dis-associated our self from her.
Shall we make some affidavit and submit somewhere, or shall we publish in newspaper?
How to make this formal and complete, so that we have no relation whatsoever in future and completely absolved from future claims, any obligations, cases etc?.
Kindly advice.
Thanks & regards

A.There is no procedure to disowning a family member. Your parents can publishing a declaration in the newspaper of disowning her from the family, after making an affidavit. However, such declaration does not disqualify her rights in the ancestral property, as such rights evolves by birth under HSA. But such declaration will disqualify her rights from self property of your parents. Your parents can make a Will disowning her completely on their self earned property.

A.Dear Sir,
Just publish in a local two or three newspapers that your family disowned her and distributed pamphlets among the kith and kin and let them deal with her at their own risk. More suggestions on call.
