Widow daughter family pension

My father was a gram panchayat secretery in wb panchayat raj dept.he was retired 0n 1989.after he retirrment enjoy pension benifit in dcrb scheme 1985 till his death. He expired on 2000.Thereafter my mother get family pension till her death. My mother expired on 2021.Now i widow daughter of my parents and no source of income except monthly get 1000 rs of source west bengal widow pension scheme.Now my question can i elligable family pension of widow daughter deceased panchayat and rural body employees of westbegal

It depends upon state Government Pension rules. If there is no provision go to an advocate practicing in service matters and get the law enlarged.

family pension to a widowed/divorced daughter is payable provided she fulfils all eligibility conditions at the time of death/ineligibility of her parents and on the date her turn to receive family pension comes.
