Appeal against Reinstatement of Service with 50% back-wages order of Court Appeal against Reinstatement of Service with 50% back-wages order of Court

The Court had set-aside Enquiry Officer Report, Dismissal Order of PSU Bank & Order of Appellate Authority. All charges mentioned in charge-sheet proved false. PSU Bank is directed to reinstate the petitioner forthwith with 50% back-wages from the date of dismissal from service i.e. from 30/12/2017. I have not done any employment in this period. PSU Bank suspended me with false charges for lodging whistleblower disclosure in CVC Portal on 30/07/2016. I was paid only subsistence allowance by bank till 30/12/2017. The complaint proved true meanwhile. 28 employees proved guilty. CMM Court discharged FIR. Honourable High Court relieved me from all charges. I have 21 years service left. Reinstatement with Order of only 50% Backwages and that from Dismissal date 30/12/2017 is not proper justice provided to me by Hon'ble Court.

As I'm under tremendous financial crisis, Can I first obey Hon'ble Court Order i.e. join service, take 50% wages whatever Bank gives me & then go for appeal for 100% backwages from date of suspension i.e. on 30/07/2016?

That will be right way to fight your case. First of all you join and then start the war again on the injustice done to you. If you have come out clean then why 50% salary and 100%? Yea they can deduct the subsistence allowance if any while calculating.
