Hi sir I have taken loan from bank and given to my friend (transferred to his bank a/c).I have took wrong decision by making his words listened.now he is absconding I don't have any promisery notes cheques etc.can you give me suggestions now banks are behind me.i don't have job am not able to get loans or any other source

A.Dear Sir,
You have a weak case anyhow you may first try to get post dated cheque at least otherwise it is very difficult for you to file a civil suit and recover such amount.

A.Dear Client,
you can file a cheating case against your friend in this case and request banks to give you some time by explaining your situation before the bank report your loan account as a non-performing asset (NPA). you can also issue a legal notice to him from the court.
