Salary-working in one BPO company

Hi, iam working in one BPO company from past 2 years still now they have not given any appraisal, and past 2 years iam being working under nightshift, finally I asked with my TL regards the appraisal he said it was done but I received same salary amount, i just checked in my payslip they just cut out my other allowance and add up in basics, past two year same salary for me . Can I ask any questions with them with legal terms

anything about the appraisal will be mentioned in the appointment letter and you can show the appointment letter and ask them about it. appraisal is the right of the employee if mentioned in the appointment letter. ask for the reason why you are not provided with appraisal.
