Due to the mental Harassment by the employer( By Demean a Women's Virtue, Late Wages, etc.), the employee wants to leave the company without serving the Notice period and there is no specific period mentioned in the Agreement but there is 3 month compensation on basis of Salary written if the employee left without completing the Bond period.

Do the Employer still have the right to sue for Compensation

A.Dear Client,
The company may not sue you if you break the bond as it will not be successful in recovering any money from you through court order. The company may send you a legal notice as part of their pressure tactics. but you also can file a case for mental harassment in the competent court if you can prove it.
