Poor quality of newly constructed flat Bangalore (Builder/seller not fixing it)

I have purchased a flat from the land owner share in a newly constructed apartment in Bangalore. The roof of the flat has been leaking as well the walls inside the flat are showing up the cracks. I have been complaining ever since I started living since Feb 2022, but they are not responding. I have taken a home loan on the property and The land owner sold the house on false pre-text by claiming the flat was ready for possession. Is there legal way possible to deal with this situation?
Project was Rera approved with a lot of complaint around the builder.
