Reservation in promotion

Sir I am working in one of the department of government of India. recently
Hon. Supreme court made 4% reservation in promotion for PWDs. Dopt published circular yet My department is about to publish promotion lists without giving due reservation. is it will considered as contempt of Supreme Court. What are different legal ways which are useful in my case ie how to make department to provide reservation in promotions for persons with disabilities

If there is a judgement from Hon'ble Supreme Court of India to have reservation for PWDs then you must check whether your organization is covered under the list of those organization for which the judgement has been passed. If yes then you need to send your HR a representation along with a copy of the judgement.

this reservation is for An employee who acquires disability, after entering into service. now, if your department should follow the order of the Supreme court and it is not following then it may be considered as a contempt of the court. try to represent to your head of the department regarding this reservation.
