Mismatch in Schedule of property in Registered GPA and plots sold.
My father purchased an Agricultural Land for an Extent of Ac 5-00 Guntas (out of Ac 18-38 Guntas) in the year 1990 and given an Registered GPA to our cousin in the year 1992 by mentioning the same Schedule of Property as mentioned in the sale deed.
But the GPA holder intentionally sold his wife's land in the same Survey No by mentioning my father's sale deed and GPA details. In his wife's sale deed it is clearly mentioned my fathers land on her southerner side.
He intentionally now saying that i have sold my wife's land in the same Survey No by mentioning your fathers sale deed and GPA details by mistake so as a compensation give share in your fathers land.
A.Dear Sir,
Such mischiefs can be handled by the police if you lodge complaint. Actually it is a Civil Case but you cannot get any justice if you go in Civil way.

A.Dear Client,
It seems your cousin has played foul here and again after misleading you he is asking for compensation. Your father or you did not get any money out of that sale hence you are not liable to pay any compensation to him instead he is supposed to compensate you for his wrongful act.

A.Dear Client,
you need not pay the compensation as he said that he sold his wife's property by mistake mentioning your fathers details. if he used the money that he got by selling his wife's property and he did not handover the money to your father, then he cannot claim the compensation.
