Full and final settlement Full and final settlement

Hi
I am a former employee of HCL company Bangalore
I worked there only for 3and a half months... They were asking us to work for 7days without an off and for that they paid nothing.
It's been 3months I resigned and I'm still waiting for settlement.
If I ask them , they will say you will get it but no use.
So I have decided to send a notice
Please guide me how to send a notice and what will be the charges for that

A.Immediately contact VIDHIKARYA for sending Legal Notice.

The company will not pay the dues till you send Legal Notice.

If they had intentions to pay your dues then they would have paid long back.

So, kindly do not waste anymore time to send the Legal Notice.
