We are 3 students, manged to rent a flat for 24000 with additional 24000 as security money, at the initial though rooms were in good condition and surronding were peaceful, but there was no water purifier, no fridge and we were promised to be provided with these basic facilities before we shit to the flat, but now it has been more than a week, we are being harassed and cannot concentrate on studies, and are continuously appealing and requesting to flat owner, and we can not afford to move to other place as all our money has been stuck, what should i do.

A.Dear client, sorry to hear that but if those promises of fridge or anything was not the part of the agreement then you cannot do anything. However If it was there then you can go to your nearby police station to register a complaint.

A.Dear Sir,

If you have rent agreement to that effect then you may get issue a legal notice and made it clear that you are not going to pay future rent unless above facilities are provided.
