A.No one can stop a person to lodge a complaint under the provisions of the law against anybody. It's the constitutional right that has been conferred to every citizen of our country. However the real test of its genuinity can only be ascertained by the Court of law on the report of the investigating officer and evidences. These laws are not bias and in no way discriminating any particular gender. In fact there are many such incidents reported where helpless women victimised and needs to be protected against the atrocities of men. If a man is innocent, Court is there to protect his rights too. False case fall under the purview of section 182 of IPC.

A.dear client where there is right there is remedy. unfortunately there is no favourable law for man. man should be prove his innocence on merits. man will be punished if guilt will be proved. even hon'ble supreme court also worried about this situation.

A.Dear Client, There is nothing as such specific law in favour of men or against of women. But most of the laws are framed where men has to prove himself innocent because women at large population of our country has been considered weaker section in Indian society. But now these days there are verdicts of Supreme Court In many or various cases in support of men. legal evidence must be in support of you in the court, only then you can be protected. if you accept guilty in the court on very 1st day before court you may be convicted or you will have to contest the case of non- guilty.
