Legal advice for memo

Dear sir
I am nursing employee of esic I applied leave in govt portal in a day before leave day.
The day I have taken leave I mailed my supervisor in 10am and it's station leave I already move out from my district to another district for nursing registration renewal.
My supervisor issued a memo for not doing office duty and unauthorized leave.
Kindly help me how to reply this memo
