I was tricked by my uncle (Father's brother) to register and sell our ancestral property as I was brought up from age 8 by him after my father died. I was 18 years old and provided my signature while registering the document. But he didn't give me any money and threw me out after couple of years from the house.

Any contract or agreement done with coercion or by fraud is not valid in the eyes of the law and moreso he has not paid nay money for the said transfer of property. If you wish you can initiate legal action against your uncle.
