On 10th June 2022 at around 11:00 PM, i was supposed to receive my food order from swiggy food app, I was waiting for my order and upon seeing on the App that the delivery person had arrived at my address, i went out of my house and checked and saw the delivery person, i shared my food OTP with him. Then I asked him for the food, he told me that he had delivered my food, i was standing right in front of him. He had not given me my food, then i talked to him for a while and then i got to know that he had by mistake or because of lack of understanding delivered my order to the first place he visited to deliver. Actually, he was supposed to give 2 orders. He gave both of them to the first place he visited.
I had written a complaint about this incident on swiggy customer care(in-app chat support), mailed them on their mail id & even wrote on Twitter about my complaint but no action was taken, they were not listening to my complaint. Finally, I complained to the consumer forum about this,swiggy didn't investigate this issue & just on seeing the technical details that the delivery boy has received the OTP closed my complaint & no action was taken against the delivery boy. Swiggy didn't even contact me once to understand this incident they just mailed me their judgment & closed the matter. I have the call recording where the delivery boy has confessed his mistake of messing up the orders. What should I do next?
