i attend the interview for a govt job due to some experience issue they were reject my candidature in 2012. so i files a writ at high court and as per the interim the one vacancy was reserved in the same year. after 10 years ie 2022 court was ordered to issue the appointment order pursuant the notification issued in the year 2012. now i got an appointment in post which was reserved for court verdict with effect from 01.05.2022. now i am seeking some clarification that
1. am i eligible to get the job with retrospective basis or not
2. if its calculated retrospective basis then am i eligible to get all promotional and financial benefits or not

A.Dear Sir,
you may not get any financial benefits since you have not served for the last 10 years however you may request the court to at least to extend promotional benefits.

A.Dear client, the Judgment served in your case must have clearly mentioned about the effect of your job. Whether it is retrospective or prospective in this case depends upon the verdict of your case.

the exact wording in the order is " there shall be a direction to the respondent herein to issue appropriate appointment orders, pursuant to the notification under advertisement No.xxxx to the petitioner, by treating him to have possessed the required two years service experience, which is the essential qualification for the post in the vacancy reserved for the petitioner. "

A.Dear Client
What does the judgement/order of the high court says on that? It must have been mentioned that whether your job will be effective retrospectively or not and whether you will get those benefits or not. If not mentioned then ask for it. if they reject then again file one more case.
