Misusing of law

Dear Sir,
We are victim of Indian law system whereas the law allows police department to call the accuse at police station to record their statement against a complaint. We based in Jaipur and running a overseas education consultancy firm since past 15 years, our 1 candidate has filled a complaint against us in Haryana, police asked us to come and we went there with all clarification and police submitted FR in our favor. After sometime, applicant went to court and lodged case under 156(3) without intimating anything about previous proceedings and again court directed 1 police station to call us and we again went there. Truth is truth and we have all the evidences so again enquiry officer didnt found our fault and gave the FR in our favor, now the applicant went to the CM window and managed to instruct the SP to do not give final signature on the FR so that it cant be submitted to the court and opened it for re-investigation. Now, another police station is calling us to come for the statement! We are literally exhausted and not finding any way out from this system.
We are unable to understand what stand should we take to get hold on this situation as applicant is using our reputation as tool and want to extract money from us.
Please assist.
