What to do if any party refuses to sign on the sub division spot memo to make land sub division(fathers property)in ap?
Which court has powers to order revenue officers to make sub division without any party approval? Either (high court or zilla court or taluka court)
A.Dear Sir,
All powers are vested with Civil Courts and you may also try with Revenue Courts thereafter go to Civil Court and if any party refuse to sign then Court will issue a direction to the concerned officer to proceed with Sub-Divisions without the requirement of signature of that person.
