Want to resign from my job

Sir, i joined as a Priority Partner in Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company. They give me offer letter and i accept it, but there is no term of Notice Period.Manager Told me if i want to resign then i should serve 15 days notice period. What should i do?
A.Dear client, since the term mentioned in the job agreement does not mentiom about the notice period to served. Therefore you can leave your job without giving any notice.

A.You can serve your resignation letter and clearly mention the fact that there is no such statutory period is mentioned in the offer letter for notice serving period. Hence there is no need to follow any specific statement from the manager... If he still force you then you ask him to give you in writing in the company's letter head with official signature seal and stamp.
