complaint- enrolled in the coaching of iit for 2 year

i enrolled in the coaching of iit for 2 year but after one year all the faculty member left the institute whch really effected our studies and all the faculty member were replaced with new one . and then the quality of which they were teaching was not good. so i had to leave the coaching in mid session. i asked for refund but they are not refunding what should i do?
A.Dear client, I am sorry to hear that bit in this case you have to look upon the agreement you signed with the institute. I'd the institute mentioned that they will pay back you in case you leave the institute in mid way then you can always approach the court for the money and if not there is no way.
