Unfair Parking Space Allocation Unfair Parking Space Allocation

Hi Team,My problem is my parking is between two basement pillars and it has less amount of space The parking is so unfair that I can only park a car which will lead to car damage due to less space. Other parking space has ample space but the car parking provided to me is very small it seems like a couple of bike parking space. Now i have contacted the builder team and they are not agreeing to change in parking space but are saying we will demolish few inches of pillar. This can work but will be a chance of car damage as well if the car is any kind of big suv(Which we can purchase in future) that will not fit in the parking slot.

A.Dear Client
You should lodge a complaint with the builder in writing and then send the builder a legal notice through a lawyer as these two papers will create ample evidence for you to move the court/forum. Then if required then file a case in consumer forum/commission.
