Two months ago, i ordered a flour mill from Rasoishop worth 11000/-
The recieved product was damaged and defective. I asked them for refund but they insisted on replacement. I agreed. After almost a month i received the replaced flour mill. But this time it was damaged, defective plus used. I asked them to refund my amount and take their defective product. But they said the product is fine. Over a video call i showed them the product their own technician agreed that yes its damaged, defective & used. I have sent every proof of images & videos to them on mail. But they are still not taking any action. Instead they said if i want refund i have to bear the additional costs of replacement delivery. They have not mentioned anything like that on their site. Even they are saying that they wont give me the refund but gift card instead by deducting some amount from it. Which i can use within 6 months. I dont want any gift card. What can i do now? I tried everything but they are still saying the same on repeat.
