Boundary calculation - Three independent villa constructed
1 year ago
Hello sir,
Three independent villa constructed by builder in 2700sq.ft land each poses 900sq.ft and it's a duplex house.
On left side of my building 3 feet space available to seperate my building and my neighbour house and this 3 feet is considered in my 900sq.ft
Now my question is my neighbour built a terracotta sheet in their terrace on top of their building but some sheets and pipe were occupied in my 3 feet space.
Is that legally correct?
Expecting your experts advice on this matter. Thanks in advance!
A.In my humble suggestion, you can bring this claim and matter before the Court in order to resolve this issue.
