Hlo We applied for the post of Post of Office Attendant in Reserve Bank Of India , Chandigarh Region. The prelims exam was successfully conducted by RBI on 5th and 6th January,2018 all over the India . RBI release list of provisionally selected candidates in Feb,2018 . Recruitment process continues following LPT , Biomatric Verification and Document Verification smoothly . But a PWD candidate files petition in Punjab & Haryana High Court due to some issues faced by him . 2 hearings were done in court and next hearing is on 7 March,2019. Now, RBI releases final result of all the regions except Chandigarh region in past few days . We want to ask whether it is possible to file a petition in court asking RBI to hold result for PWD candidates and release result for all other categories . Please help us .

A.as the appointment in chandigarh is sub-judice, therefore result for chandigarh shall be declared only after the decision of the court and for its convenience RBI declared the remaing result which cannot be stayed unless some legal problem /complication arises
