Education Loan Court Case Education Loan Court Case

I took education loan 4 lakh in 2010 and I had paid 2.5 lakh as return on total outstanding. After that I couldn’t pay the balance ( Approximately 3 lakh) and this balance become 6.5 lakh now in 5 years time. Now the bank send me letter to present on the court to explain the reason for non payment.
Shall I need to present in the court, since I am trying to settle it outside the court through one time settlement. Bank asked me to settle 3 lakh as OTS and I told them 2 lakh only I can pay.
If I go to court how much I need to pay through court settlement, or I should pay the bank said amount 3 lakh and settle it outside the court?
Kindly help me

A.Please be specific as to the facts and what letter you got from the court? If its feasible for OTS as per your conveniences, then go that way. Hope this helps!

A.Dear Client
You need to specify that what kind of case has been filed against you for which the court has called you for better answer on that part of your question. It is always suggested to settle the matter amicably outside the court and inform the court about the settlement to close the case.
