I have worked in a company for three days, due to health issue and sudden transfer of my husband I cannot continue in that company, and also i signed in the appointment order. in that either i have to pay one month salary or i have to work in one month notice period. I informed them that i am resigning , they asking to pay one month salary or notice period. these two things are not possible for me at current situation. kindly guide what i can do?

A.What was written in the appointment letter or offer letter? Kindly elucidate as to the points so written. Also, did you sign any bond as such? Please mention these points as it would help me to help you out in this case!
