Harassment & mental torture - I left home

I left home with a guy when I was 17 cause I was loving him & I did what he say. The next day morning my father got to know this & he brought me back & filed a case against that guy. Now am 23 & I don't love him & I don't wanna marry him but he's continuously forcing me to marry him & withdraw the case. Or else he'll harm each & every member of our family(he's saying this to us through our relatives). Now my father is no more & I have only two younger sister & my mother. Pllzzz guide me what to do
A.Dear Client, Please file a complaint against this person and also seek for police protection. The police will look into this matter effectively.

If he threatens you further then intimate the police about it and let the police handle then situation. By the way if he will ready to leave you all without any trouble if the case is taken back/withdrawn then you may think about it but for withdrawing the case you need to move an application to the court which may not allow this.
