Husband is also getting pension. His wife was also getting pension. Now she died, can husband get 50% of her pension?
A.In my humble suggestion, you could get 50% of your deceased wife's pension provided you have no children.

A.Dear Client
If it was a family pension then in all likelihood the husband will get the pension but then you will have to check and cross verify with the pension policy of the organization where the wife was working.
