Will a person suffering fits and undergoing treatment for mental illness be considered Unsound mind?
A.In my humble suggestion, if the person who is undergoing treatment undergoes the illness in parts, then for the time when he suffers the illness, it will be considered unsound and otherwise, it would be considered sound.

A.If he is undergoing any treatment for mental illness then he must be a person of unsound mind for the time being but once he is fully treated and he becomes fit then he will no more be called a person of unsound mind.
