Sir i do mistake in my company .by mistake I take company cash for personal use 190502 rupees .now campany send me show cause notice .said share explanation .why we not take action against you.

A.Sir, you can send an email replying either accepting whatever wrong you've done and how you can repay the money back or prove that you're not guilty of misusing the money. And if a case is being lodged you shall hire a lawyer
