Conflict with neighbor Conflict with neighbor

Sir my neighbor had extended the stairs and he designed it with marble. I park my car in front of my house as no space anywhere left in the street but when i have to back it might go over his extended stairs. What if it going be broken by car. Is i am responsible for that ?? Or not Because it is in the street. Which is for all . What are my rights over this.

A.Since you're parking the car in a public space and the stairs also are in the same public space, you will not be held liable for any damages, since you're not trespassing a person's private space and disturbing his property.

A.Dear Client
If the stairs are extended to the street then any damage by a vehicle will not make the vehicle owner responsible for it also it applies to you as you are parking your car in the street, i.e., public place so if someone hits your car he will not be responsible.
