Can I remarry as my wife deserted me for almost 3 years now and 125 + divorce case filled by wife is pending in court.
A.Absolutely not possible sir. Till the time your Divorce proceedings are pending in Court, whether its Contested or Mutual Consent Divorce, you cannot legally marry another person. Once all the pending cases get completed you can marry.
