I have given money to my company vendor for some need and later he returned it. These transaction are online. Is this comes under fraud and my company can terminate me on this

A.Request to check the company policy and your offer letter on such transactions. Further, if the HR call upon you for any kind of investigation you can always show it was done in a personal capacity basis on friendship and a clear loan.

A.Dear Sir,

Nothing to worry. If anything happens then go to the office of labor commissioner and they will interfere and solve the problem.

A.If you have sufficient documents proving the essential need of that vendor and if all the transactions done are recorded... Then if the company does not suffers from any kind of loss then it cannot be termed as fraud or cheating but you should not have transacted fund of the company to a third party without superiors decision or consent legally... Because ultimately its not your own money!!
