I am student of bsc nursing in my second year I can't attend classes and got less attendence than 75% was not able to write my second year examination with other students was allowed to sit in exam after 6 months after that when next session started my class coordinator didn't allow me sit in class telling I have not written exams yet so I can't sit with others then this COVID thing came and every student got promoted to next year but I again have to write exam after six month as they said I don't have enough attendance but everyone else got promoted then in 4th year too they told me I will be able write exam only after six months but then after they gave me a year back and not allowed to write exam and I have to sit and attend classes with juniors and now again there is exam from 10 October and tehy r telling me I don't have enough attendance I will not be able to write can I take any leagal action against this???

A.I'm of the opinion that you should contact a competent lawyer and file a suit in the civil court against the college authority, and with help of the right proofs you can seek relief.
