steel door contractor damaged granite door frame worth 60000

while installing steel gate contractor damaged granite gate frame of 60000 Rupees damaged it from all 6 hinges cracks are there gate will literally fall in few days . i told him i want it to be repaired to my satisfaction which will involve rebuilding whole granite door frame of around 60000 rupees. he came with fake granite worker and said my granite worker will install new door frame in 20000 rupees only. i said i cant trust new worker(he will damage my property). and so please get it done by the person who did original work which will cost around 60000.\n\nnow he is pressuring to either give him his remaning 20000 or get it repaired by him..
A.Sir if you want to take this legally you can go to the civil court with the help of a lawyer, and claim for damages by filing a suit. Otherwise you can separately hire a person for the repair.
